Leen’s Baby Shower

March 30th, 2010

This past weekend, we had the pleasure to co-hosting a surprise baby shower for Leen.
It was only a small gathering, attended by close friends.
The shower took place in The Banquet BV2.
Since the place was tiny and space is quite limited, we (read: the ladies) kept the decorations to a minimum with a pink and white color scheme.
The decorations were all done by the ladies. It worked out perfectly (up skit!)

Nurul & Juffa, Engagement

March 28th, 2010

* Believe me, the candy bar you’re about to see in the photo was marvellous. It was all done by Nurul.
I’ve been wanting to photograph Nurul ever since she hired me.
We’ve never met prior to the event. Communication was merely done online.
She never failed to remind the kind of shots that she likes in her emails.
So i was telling her, for good photos, she had to play her part as well and indeed, she did it.
At times, she was actually overdo it hehe :) ..
Nurul has a great family on board to help with her e-day.
Interestingly, Nurul and siblings refer their parents as Ayahanda & Bonda, how cool is that!
Anyway, here’s a sneak preview of Nurul’s engagement day ..

Faris & Zik, Solemnization

March 16th, 2010

This event took place several weeks ago at Zik’s place in Bukit Jelutong.
I was actually asked by Hetty (mak Yazid – kawan Mia) to be their family photographer for the event.
It was fun! The house was filled with Tganu spoken people. Little did they know that i’m able to understand what they were talking about.
On a different note, despite his worry expression prior to the akad, Faris succeed in his first attempt.
I wish both of them best of luck, may Yazid get a cousin anytime soon! or probably a lil bro/sis first*.
Hetz, take note!
